I have gone over the front brake / cruise wiring, end to end, and it appears as others have mentioned... it requires a new switch assembly. Lucky me, not currently available in Canada (C$190.00) most US suppliers won't ship to Canada...

    Hi Don, Thanks for your suggestion. After opening the switch, and finding a bunch of plastic parts, I can see where lube is helpful, keeping the bits moving as intended. Cheers!
