It was the first race of the year in the mid1980's on Thirteenth Day of Christmas, not celebrated in workaholicy America. On my YZ 125 enduro, it was -22C, at least I had gripheaters but my face.....after that the minimum temperature was raised to -20C to hold a race in Sweden was introduced...

So now with a few miles on my Protaper's. MUCH better ergonomics. Haven't installed bar-end weights yet but on my commuter miles they actually feel better (less vibration) than oem bars :-)

I just installed an Answer Protaper CR bend, it used to be my favorite bend during my late MX and Enduro days. And so far it's much better than the OEM too-tall-too-wide handlebars. Only problem as mentioned above, getting tight with controls, clutch has a slight off angle. And to get some bar...

Did you use it on the ST? So have the necessary adapters? very interested.

And for those ppl that "why"...I do it on my car (and will do it on the SupTen when it's time) and at one time there was one value that was high, forgot which, but it was a possible indication of letting air past the airfilter and sure enough, the lid on the airfilter box wasnt properly closed...
