This may have been covered here before but, is it normal for the radiator fan to constantly kick in and out when going at slow, stop and go speeds? It's still warm up here in N. Fl., but, I'm just tooling a parking lot at night with the bike so, it's not like riding during the hot part of a day...

I see your point. Good for the rest of us that dwell in warmer states. But, if this bike is so great and "all around" it will show up in good fuel mileages anywhere. Out of curiosity, what does your '99 DR650 get in fuel mileage with lower temps ?

Excuse me, I meant to say the wind hitting the mirror on the throttle side forces it in a clockwise rotation which would seem to loosen it as it is reverse threaded (?)
