Won’t Start After New Battery and Main Fuse

Yes, I checked multiple fuses and that ended up being the problem. I was glad it wasn’t the rectifier or something in the ECU that got zapped. Thanks!

Won’t Start After New Battery and Main Fuse

I used a meter. I don’t trust the peekaboo method either.

Won’t Start After New Battery and Main Fuse

Thanks all! If we can’t laugh at ourselves while we learn from our mistakes, we have plenty of friends who will laugh at us, because that’s what they do.

Won’t Start After New Battery and Main Fuse

The Fuel Injector fuse was intact, checked with a meter, but it blew the Main and Electronic Throttle Valve fuses. Replaced them and I’m back in business!

Won’t Start After New Battery and Main Fuse

I had the Main fuse and the Electronic Throttle Valve fuse blow. I checked all the fuses with a multimeter because I don’t trust the visible check method. Thanks all for the suggestions.

Won’t Start After New Battery and Main Fuse

Hi All, I did something REALLY stupid with my 2014 1200 ES and installed (and connected) a new battery with the poles reversed thinking there was surely only one way to install the battery in the box. Boy was I wrong! Once I connected the cables to the new battery, there was a motor running on...

I had the same 044 and suspension fault code after jump starting the battery on my 2014 S10 ES and it worked perfectly! Thanks! ::015::

It is a Citabria. I was working on my tailwheel endorsement so I could fly a friend's plane. I had tailwheel experience from flying in Alaska, but he wanted me to have the endorsement for insurance purposes. It seems it's not easy to replace a 1943 Gullwing Stinson.

    Heated Grips

Thanks to the many posts on this thread, I found the three pronged plug under the right side everyone is talking about. I snipped the wires off the plug and tossed the plug. I used a mulltimeter and determined the brown wire is an ignition-switched wire. I used it to wire to the switched side...

Tapping Into Switched Wire For Driving Lights - Which Is Best?

Hi Folks, I looked in the archives but did not find anything that addresses my situation... I am installing Denali DR1 lights and a Zumo 595LM GPS (with Touratech mount) on my Super Ten and am using the Denali Power Block to wire them in. The power block requires tapping into a wire that...
