1/2" ID bronze bushings pressed into 3/4" DOM, 1/2" shoulder bolt attach it to the axle. Decided to switch over to TIG to cap off the ends of the swingarm. My not so proud weld, Oh, did I already grind it smooth? One I'm relatively ok with.

Dogdaze - I could've made the frame longer for a larger box, but it would reduce my turning angle if I put a larger box on the current frame. Right now it will go to about 90 degrees, I know I won't turn that sharp but I wanted some margin of error. Nothing saying I couldn't use a larger box...

Lets just start this by saying that I'm no welder. A person with my skill set will quickly turn a welding project into a grinding project, I'm ok with that, gotta learn somehow. To begin, I built a welding table with some scrap around the house and up at the farm. 3/4" steel plate is not even...

I just recently installed the Fuzeblocks FZ1 in the cruise control fuse location. Just moved the CC fuse to beneath the wire loom. Had to cut a rib out of the plastic to mount it.
