Update, different time zone sorry, after checking all the usual suspects witch looked fine and especially after reading RCinNC 's post I started to concentrate on the battery again. I thought the problem could not be in the battery because it was on an optimate charger an it gave a full reading...
I'll try it tomorrow. I hope the electrical circuit is so constructed that some fuses blow before the ECU gets toasted. Cross my fingers. I'll keep you posted.
My 2011 did not want to start although the battery was fully loaded. So I decided to try a jumpstart with the battery connected on my cars battery. I did this before and it worked fine. Now however, after two attempts, the bike became dead. The display doesn't light up anymore, and nothing works...
I live in Belgium and bought me about five years ago an S10 after years of riding Triumph motorcycles. I always thougt I needed at least three cylinders, but now I know that two are more than sufficient to have a great ride :).
