I struggled with pain between my shoulder blades and numbing in my hands w oem bars. I added rox risers to bring the bars back a bit but that didn't fix it. Scouring the YST forum, I found lots of discussion on this which led me to the Protaper Adventure High bars. This has solved it for me...
