    TREX Crash Bars - Free

Hi were you able to get rid of these? I'm actually just looking for the T-Rex faceplates/nameplates which go on these. I already have the bars installed and just need the faceplates on the clutch side of the bike. Thanks!

    Dropped bike, destroyed windshield brackets

So this where I am now. I’ve bonded the two main parts of each arm of the stay back together and have reattached the windshield at the higher setting. Not bad, and I think it’ll hold because the bottom two holes were not broken off. I’ve ordered Stay 1, part #23, but might not install it if...

    Dropped bike, destroyed windshield brackets

Thanks so much. Really helpful. I imagine that's quite an install.

    Dropped bike, destroyed windshield brackets

Thanks, Rob. One more question...by "Stay" do you mean the side brackets or the cross bar from the previous bracket?

    Dropped bike, destroyed windshield brackets

Yeah, thanks! I watched an ST10 video, the manual, or all sorts of other tips, and no go. I know it’s not a strength thing, but for the record I’m over 6 feet and about 200 pounds so it can’t be that. Just maddening. I almost wonder if perhaps it’s damaged

    Dropped bike, destroyed windshield brackets

Well, this just happened to ruin a perfectly good Sunday. Trying to get my ST10 up on the center stand (I know, it's supposed to be easy) the bike fell over on it's right (non side-stand side). Fell into my shed. I thought that was good new because the blinker was spared and the guards did...

Help, reversed batter polarity and now nothing

Update...running! The hard start did it. Tried WOT, didn't quite get there. Then pulled the EFI fuse, then put it back in, and worked like a charm. I decided to keep the new battery in which I had purchased when I thought that was the problem, even though I'm not absolutely sure it needed it...

Help, reversed batter polarity and now nothing

Here’s the latest, with great thanks for all the interest. The 7.5 amp throttle fuse was indeed blown so I replaced it. I also put in a new, fully charged NOCO lithium battery. Here’s a video of my latest attempt. It sounds like it turned over right at the end then I lost it :/. Hopefully...

Help, reversed batter polarity and now nothing

Not yet! See my recent note to bimota: I’ve now solved for the fuse issue. The fuel injection fuse seemed fine on the multimeter and looked ok but I put a spare in there anyway. I also replaced the main 50 amp which got everything turned on again. The new battery is registering 13.4 voltage...

Help, reversed batter polarity and now nothing

Thanks all. Really appreciate the fast replies. I see most of the fuses in the two fuse boxes, but not the main 50 amp. Can you let me know where it's located? Sorry, don't have the manual to check. I assume the 7.5 fuel injection is with the other one.

Help, reversed batter polarity and now nothing

As you might tell from the headline, I'm not a great wrencher. I was in the process of installing a new NOCO lithium battery to replace the YUASA that was in my '12 ST with 30K miles. Note I've only owned the bike for a few months so I don't know when the last battery replacement was, and...

Just hit 30k. What’s next maintenance?

That is most awesome of you...thanks for posting all this. It will be really helpful to me. Last question, which will help me, at least from an oil change perspective. If I have no plans on going off-road, save for the occasional gravel or fire road, do I need the skid plate that's currently...
