Its not a two stroke... Its my new smoker grill. This would have to be my second love behind motorcycles. I love grilling out. Here she is when I was going through the curing... This was 2 hours into todays 4 hour session. I used apple wood chunks and that smoke smelled SOOOOO good...

To be honest, I really didnt know what to expect when I started it so I didnt plan much past the rides. I do think it would be nice for everyone meet up Saturday evening for dinner. If this turns into anything I will try to be a little more organized going into next year.

Its been brought to my attention that I had the dates wrong in the original post. I had 24-26 (Sat, Sun, Mon) when what I meant was 23-25 (Fri, Sat, Sun). I figure most folks will be there to ride on Saturday and Sunday anyway so it shouldn't make a huge difference, just wanted to point it out.
