No burger van. Whole area was deserted, except for one car. It was proper miserable weather though.

Almost forgot, coming out of Pictin, they had a cattle drive going down the road. About 200 head. They told us to head straight through slow and they will make a path. Rode through the middle of the herd for about a mile. It was pretty entertaining as the kept trotting faster as we made our way. Unfortunately we were too busy dodging heifers to get any pictures.

Ah yes, the Willow City Loop - a great ride during bluebonnet season in the spring. Lots of exotics on the ranches out there, I've seen ostriches, zebras and other non-native deer and antelopes during my rides.
