$15 here in the Buckeye state. Definitely going this route.Daaaamn! I like our cheap a** Texas rates.
Oh yea, just noticed you're here. Look me up when you want a riding partner. I'm in Dublin (wrong side of the river).$15 here in the Buckeye state. Definitely going this route.
Last time I rented here in Vegas was $24 a day. But Ive had it as high as $50 and low as $20. Depends on inventory/time at the store you rent it from.Daaaamn! I like our cheap a** Texas rates.
Great idea! Thanks for that.Looks like you're already going with the Uhaul motorcycle trailer which would be my call as well. Dirt cheap, ramp to load/unload the bike without help, wheel chock, $15/day in Canada as well.
Given that the trailer is open and it's winter, you may want to pickup a roll of plastic wrap and mummify the bike once you have it strapped down. Save the bike from being sandblasted with salt.
No way! I am in Dublin also. For sure will hit you up. I rode a bit today before the snow. Damn weather.Oh yea, just noticed you're here. Look me up when you want a riding partner. I'm in Dublin (wrong side of the river).
Yea, I tend to ride every day during the winter, so long as there isn't ice or snow on the road or in the forecast. I'm right off Cranston (yes, where we just had the nuclear reactor scare last night). No way! I am in Dublin also. For sure will hit you up. I rode a bit today before the snow. Damn weather.
Ummm.....pictures?For anyone else looking to do this, Uhaul motorcycle trailer for $15/day local only was the best route. The one-way rental was outrageously expensive. So, the 1,500 mile round trip with this trailer was fantastic and was super easy. Now I have my Super Tenere and looking forward to actually riding it! Cheers everyone.
I would highly recommend this rental route. $30 for two days and I don’t have to maintain the trailer or store it.I have only trailered my Tenere once, I got a free trailer from a buddy and then put about $100 into it fixing it. I was looking at renting a trailer, but one way was going to be pricey for the time frame I had in mind.
I just donated the trailer to my daughter and son-in-law at the end of the trip and rode my bike back home.
