Hello everyone from sunny Eugene OR. Registered here to check out the forum but mods say I must introduce myself or get banned. Am a longtime ADVrider inmate under a different username. Buying a 2017 non-ES S10 (my first) on Saturday. Will post more with pics etc after that. Cheers.

I don't know, sounds like a guy in India scamming us. Sunny in Eugene? ;) The trees are green for a reason! I lived in Portland for 45 years. The sun comes out now and then, but while today is 75 and sunny, tomorrow is 49 and raining... and it stays cloudy and raining all week!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new to you bike. They don't swing the ban hammer around here like on ADVRider. People help each other and share info here.

Welcome! Also in Colorado.
My Wife's Mom lives in Eugene, and is a huge Ducks-Fan.
We end up there for family visits from time to time.
Sunny?........................Not so much.............

His bottom line is $8350.00. Test rode it this morning and bike fits me perfectly. Deal or no deal?

”Yamaha hard locking panniers and topbox, Arrow slip-on, full crash bar cage, sw motech skid plate, v-stream tall windshield, storm barkbusters, Garmin Montana 580t GPS, upgraded rider Pivot Pegs. All original parts included. Tires only have 3k on them, new battery, engine and differential oil changed 2k ago. 24k miles.”

Hard to say if it's a deal or not. Used bike prices are still falling (elevated from COVID), but we are getting near the start of the riding season when prices get seasonally stronger. My advice is if you are looking for the best deal you need to buy between September and February, otherwise, find the bike you love, buy it and be happy.

But wait! I found a 2016 ES in WA. and am buying it next weekend instead. Looks just like this one sans aux light. Sergeant seat is a bonus.

5th times a charm! ;) What ever you end up with, there are plenty of good loops to ride and enjoy the new bike on.
