I have been gathering parts while I work in the garden for spring so I’ll be installing everything over the next few weeks.

I’m here to say this bike is incredibly easy to stall. I’ve been riding anything and everything forever and when I picked mine up and rode it home I must of stalled it 5 times. Riding it in sport mode makes it easier to prevent stalling.

I haven’t got around to installing it yet but it is an OEM Yamaha product. It took 2 weeks to get here but all parts are OEM and it was way cheaper.

I would eliminate the ABS personally. You can bypass it and leave it all plugged in

Possibly one of the small Apache cases would fit? Personally it zones like a great spot for stuffing some small dry bags that would fit in there.

Lithium ion battery’s tend to have a lot of issues and I’ve seen them wreck charging systems, I’ve had better luck with lithium iron batteries but I’ve had the best luck with regular ol agm lead acid.

Well that makes sense because I had shad luggage on my old bike and they were similar as far as being flimsy and the locks were finicky. I ran them for 13k miles with no issues though but I also was riding strictly pavement.
