Has anyone ever verified if these will (or will not) work with Jesse luggage?

Hi AZ Dean - we personally haven't verified fitment with Jesse racks, but my guess is that it may not fit.  If you want to try to mock up a cardboard box to see if it will physically fit behind the rack, I'd be happy to give you the box dimensions when I get to the shop later today.  We don't have a bolt-on bracket kit - in a perfect world, one of the existing bracket kits may work, but most likely it will require modification and/or fabricating a completely new set of brackets.

Thanks!

Thanks, Jason!  I'm looking forward to getting the dimensions.  It looks like there's a decent amount of room there, so I am hopeful.

Hi AZ Dean - sorry for the delay.  The OEM box measures 10.75" L x 5.625" H (at the rear) x 3.375" W.  Let me know how you make out?

Thanks!

Hi Rockhopper - there hasn't been a ton of demand for them (compared to the OEM setup), so we've been bringing them in by special order.  Shoot me an email and I can check stock at the manufacturer as well as ETA for our next shipment and advise.

Thanks!

Done!

Would these work with the Givi Ranks on the 2014 S10?

Hi Harry - I believe DS Bike did get a raid box fitted behind GIVI racks, but it was with a specific set of brackets...the ones we have in stock for the OEM Yamaha bags probably wouldn't do the trick.  Do you have the standard GIVI Monokey racks or CAM/Outback racks?  I've got a nagging memory that the EU Monokey racks were somehow different than US racks, but can't imagine GIVI would make two different setups - may have been a version change?  I'll see if I can get more info, but if you want to email some pics of your setup, I can see if we can match them up against what's been done before.

Thanks!

Jason

What is the size of the door opening please?  Curious as to whether my compressor would fit.

How waterproof is your box?  I was hoping to secure a small handgun in it.

Mine, with the second gen door, is very water tight. Never leaks washing it or in torrential rain the couple times I’ve been.

My first gen. leaks, so I drilled a couple of small (.16") drainage holes in the lowest edge of the box with the bike on the prop stand.

The Gen 2 door can be had separately and will fit the older boxes.

Do you have an ETA for black ones?

Hi Propsoto - we have more on order with the manufacturer in Spain but do not have an ETA at this time.  I would assume at least 30 days or so, although I'm hoping it's less.

Thanks!

Jason
