Today at about 2p on the Chisholm Trail Pkwy; Southbound @ US 67. I saw it form a distance, and initially thought it was a 60th Anniversary Tenere. As I was approaching in the opposite direction, I noticed the motor . . . . BMW. Definitely a GS, but tank was completely, and only, yellow. Single round headlight which told me that it was an older model. Looking at pictures is where I came up with it being somewhere around a '90 model. Thinking the paint is custom.

I thought maybe it was somebody on here that had dual citizenship. :D

Maybe it was a Cross Dressing GS??

Actually, I had a Boss that rode a yellow 1150 GS....not sure what year it was

Two chances.
From the nineties, it might be the r 100 gs, but I didn't know that there was a yellow model. Painted?
From 2000-2004 aprox. it might be the r 1150 gs. There was a yellow model.
Did it look like a heavy wardrobe? it was the 1150
Did it look lighter? the 100
:)
All of this in Europe.

I only got a glimpse, but I think it was a 100. All of the pictures I found made me think it's been repainted, and maybe refurbished. It was shiny, not dull.
