The bag is made to fit like a glove in the standard OEM side cases, not the Raid Edition (Givi) cases. But the standard cases are 29 and 32 L and the Raids are 37 L. So the bags should definitely fit, if a little loose.

That said, I think they're great bags. I've had mine for several years and they're keepers. They fit the cases great and, because they have their own form, it's easy to pull them out and slide them back in even when they're packed. They've been very sturdy. The double zipper with a single pull takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, no problem. And it means the top opens completely which makes packing easier. I find these bags way easier to use than pannier-sized dry bags which don't have a shape so end up requiring a lot of fiddling to load when they're packed (for me, anyway). But dry bags stay dry no matter what...the Yamaha bags aren't waterproof. But my cases have never leaked, even in long days riding in downpours, so that hasn't been an issue.

Thanks Spider. I was just wondering because i think the raid ones look more fat, with less height, and i´m afraid i cant properly close the cases.
Gonna buy one and see :), they look pretty cool and sturdy.
This raid cases have rubber joints to improve waterproof, this weekend rained a lot and no water leaked so far.

Just measured my Yamaha inner bags and they are 13.5 inches tall (before being stuffed to the gills).

Thanks again. Yeah i saw those bags for the GIVI cases but they seem flimsy..., the yamaha ones look more sturdy.

Yea just searched for the GIVI cases and the Givi Trekker Outback 37 Liter Side Cases look like the ones from yamaha (just different on the brand), and they are 19.4" Long x 9.6" Wide x 15.2" High, so they should fit no problem.
Thanks a lot spider, gonna order two bags :)

I just put one of my Yamaha inner cases into one of my Triumph Expedition cases (the Triumph branded Givi 37L case, looks just like the one you have). It fits fine. It's slighty taller than the inside of the box (maybe because of the slanted corners on the box). But the top cover has plenty of room. So you should be aok.
