Just talked to locksmith. Going to cost more to rekey than just order new set, so I guess I'll go that route. Thanks for trying to help.
If you want to have them keyed to your ignition key, you would have to have them re-keyed, convenient, but not necessary.

Wow, I see that the OEM price is $149.99, but the same part number on ebay is only $37.99, including keys. Heckuva deal.

Can get a 3 lock set with matched keys from Revzilla for about $75 and they get them from Yamaha (so there's 3-5 days shipping delay). Again, I'd be happy to pay if you could get a key copied that fits the two locks and send it along. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but it would save me a lot of $$$. Just let me know so I can go ahead and order if that wouldn't work. As said earlier. I think an ilco 254 key blank will work and it only will fit the panniers and gas cap, which is fine.

The key from my present 2014 only fits one of my extra cylinders. The other 2 evidently are from my 2012 and I don't have a key to fit them that I could have copied.

Well, thanks again for trying. I just got the ST last Friday, but it's already a joy to ride. I'll be glad when I get the boxes sorted out. Still awaiting the hangers for them.

I noticed you are in Illinois. I was born in Normal, but we moved to Texas when I was 6. 72 now and been here ever since except 4 years of Navy time 1965-69.

Ride safe!

I am about 1 1/2 hours south of the Bloomington Normal area. 76 now, but refuse to act my age. :) I have put on about 90,000 miles between my first S10, a 2012 that I preordered and my present 2014ES. Loved the 12 and love the ES even more. It will be joined by a new T700 as soon as it gets here in May or June.

Good luck with your S10, I am sure that you will enjoy it.

If either one of you are still looking for a set of lock cylinders I have a new [unused] set with key. How about $40 shipped CONUS?

I'm not looking for any, have no use for them, thanks.
Wish I'd seen this the day before you posted it. I already ordered a new set for about $20 more. They did say they ave a 5-7 delay before they even have them to ship, so if you confirm yours are still available, I'll see if I can cancel the order. Is yours the normal full 3 lock set that comes with the bike?

Thanks
