Heads up, if you're in the GTA, www.crossborderpickups.ca offers very reasonable shipping to the USA. Crossborderpickups basically drives your package across the border and ships it from Niagara/Buffalo

When I shipped my OEM boxes to Texas, it would cost have cost ~$160-200 to ship through the usual culprits from Toronto, I think it cost $50 through the crossborderpickups.
