Stoped by the local bike show to have a quick look at the latest. This caught my attention, although it seems like a product looking for a purpose at this point it’s a pretty innovative design. Some very clever engineering involved it appears. There were two on display and this one they had taken off the plastics etc. for a closer look. For those of you who have had their first Gen. wiring recall done on their Tenere and had a look at the finished install it was interesting to see the same sort of wiring connection splice is used on the Niken.

I would love to ride one of these on crappy road, and tight curves. I would THINK that the stability/traction would be great. But, all that suspension could make for heavy steering. Either way....looks cool.

You could pull up to a Harley shop and get some hard looks. I have a freind that runs one. When I go by on my S10. I get some hard stares from the guys in leather.

I understand some of the European Licensing Rules that helped bring this bike about,
but I really don't see success in North American and other world markets...
along with doubling all the parts on the front end [doubling the cost and maintenance and weight]
I don't get it, but then I don't get the Polaris Slingshot.....
