I love my Russell. You still have to level it. There are videos on how to do with out changing the bumpers. You just install it a little different. Works like a charm. There is a break in period. I no longer need to take any Advil after a full day in the saddle.

yes I had it on my last bike and loved it. I think the seat is level as it is, I changed it when I bought the bike.

Just received my Russell day long seat! Went out for a few hundred kilometre test ride and it is awesome! Only problem now, it has raised me an inch or so higher. I need even taller risers from what I have now as I’m getting neck pain. May have to get a set of Harley-Davidson ape hangers. LOL
Give it a few rides and see if your body adjusts to the new position. When I added my RDL to the Super Ten I was ok with the risers, but had to move the screen up to the high position as it was buffeting the top of my helmet. (Gen I bike)

Sometimes we all need a rest...View attachment 68163
My first S10 got sleepy all the time. Sand made it sleepy, as did trying to do a u-turn across deep two track ruts. I think I might have gotten better at choosing my lines, but maybe the Gen II upgrades included some no-doze for the bike!

Eric, it's been a while since you sold your S10 .... you should start looking for another T12:)

I wiped my hands off with one after getting gas. Stuck the wipe between the seats. 1/4 mile later hit the back brake and it felt like wood. (I was going to a protest.). ;) About a year ago. I had the same thing happen with some Dollar store reading glasses. Left them on the rear seat getting gas. The ear grabber thang went between the rear pads.

Hahaha, in this case; it had the hallmarks of wanting to lie down and no matter how hard I tried to save it, I just could and had to let it go.

Filled up my distribution block by adding an SAE cable for a USB adapter in the rear of the bike and adding running/brake/turn lights to the side cases...oh, and flashers to the brake lights. Dont pay attention to the clutter in the garage

A friend of mine has a flashing brake light on his bike. The flashing gets to me riding with him. It's too Bright. Especially at dark. A Louisiana cop told him to get rid of it because it was a distraction. YMMV

Thanks, but not likely at this time. The FZ-6 is doing fine, though it's not nearly as comfortable on longer rides and I miss the RDL, range and hydration/cargo abilities of the S10. Wife is looking at a CB500X and poked me the other day about do I want one too. I think she likes the twinseys idea, but I don't really feel the need for a new bike right now.

Serviced the bike with an oil/filter change and changed the shaft oil. Got her packed and ready for Mondays 3k mile ride to the mabdr and back.

While servicing it, I found a nail in my rear e07:rolleyes:. Got it plugged so I'm ready to roll Monday morning.
