Found this lovely memento from my ride yesterday.

Plugged it but I see I'm running low on vulcanized tire plugs. Anyone know a source?

Got my new Arai XD4 wired for my communication set up. I am now ready to go with my Autocom headset connection.

Now, if I could only get these four straight days at the fire house behind me I could go ride!!!! ::010:: ::010:: ::010::

Wife and I went for a ride, got gas, got coffee and chilled. Great until I got home and dropped my bike.

Could have been a lot worse - I obviously didn't lock the side stand down fully and next thing you know the bike was having a snooze on the ground. On a positive note there was no visible damage, I now know I can pick it up quite easily on my own and I have a bigger incentive to fit the engine crash bars that are sat in a box in the garage.

Still enjoyed the ride though. ::26:: ::26::

Made a meat pie run. Couple of buddies and I rode 225 miles to Natchitoches Louisiana for Easter Sunday buffet at Grits Gresham's restaurant The Landing.

Stopped at the French Connection for a couple of dozen Natchitoches meat pies to stock the freezer. Regular and crawfish Hooboy!

Looped through the Katchie national forest on the ride home.

Great day!

Went fishing with my 86 year old Dad and caught 25 catfish. Then the wife and I did about 180 miles on back dirt and paved roads all around Lake Livingston Texas.
We had a hoot! ::015::

Eating fish now. ;D

Installed SWMotech crashbars, and powdercoated black SWMotech Skid plate. The bars make the bike look mean/tough,haha. Now i can take the tenere off road. Anyone want to ride in Arkansas?

Sounds like a Oregon ride Tremor ::008:: ::016::
I grew up in Washington State, but lived west of the mountains, so the winters were mild by comparison. I'm just glad to finally be able to ride somewhere. O0

Greased up the debit card and did some disassembly to finally do some much-needed wiring.

Took nice weather to motivate me to tear the bike apart. Go figure. ::)

carefully pulled off the covers and gently awakened it from a long winters nap. Dropped the battery in and it fired right up. tinkled the spokes, and tightened a few. checked it over from head to toe and then... let her rip. Fun to be back out on the SupaT - I know it has been said... this is an incredible machine. ::26:: ::26::

Took a nice ride to Forest Falls, Ca. In the San Bernardino Mountains. Beautiful today. That is about 9000 foot up at top of that mountain. San Gorgonio peak is a bit to the east. 10,000 ft plus. This was the south facing side of the valley I was in.

Installed a few farkles

Headlight protector
Rear reservoir cover
Abs covers
Rubber tank pad/protectors
Twisted throttle dry bag

And attempted to put on a set of grip puppies but ripped one in the process, BOO

The dry bag is a great size and fit to the bike, if I put enough in it it will make an excellent backrest as well

Over the weekend I installed the LED turn signals from Cycle Gear, the ELFR-1 relay so I don't need resistors, and lubed the shifter pivot because I'd been having trouble with downshifts. It was completely dry and crudded up. ::024::

Raised the fork legs 5mm in the triples to try to reduce the excess trail my bike has since I can't get rear sag even close to proper with the stock shock at 250lb rider weight.

Initial results from the ride to work are positive. Might try 10mm during lunch.
