I used the 2 little L clips which came with the light. One had to be ground a little with a dremel to clear the radius of the plastic frame.
Only photo I have of it close up:

I don't have a picture, but I did the same as Checkswrecks. Used the bracket that came with it, just a little dremel shaping on one of the brackets to make it fit. Easy to do, and you use the existing screw holes on the bike.

The brackets in your image look like they're a easy bracket to bend up for yourself. The L brackets at the lights are the ones that come with the lights.

I'm really curious how you guys do this without the fender hitting the light bar? Baja designs quit offering them because of this issue. When the suspension bottoms out there is very little room. I have looked at various tube brackets and measured more than once. I don't see how it's done without blocking the OEM headlamps. Is it because of my AltRider upper crash bars? The one in your picture looks like the fender will hit.

I'm pretty sure I've measured, and the travel/clearance equation leaves room for a 2" high light bar. I'm also looking at the Rigid. I'm not sure whether to go with driving or spot beam. I have a 30" combo on my work vehicle, and while it works well, the "driving" part of the light has the equivalent of one 6" driving beam on either end, and an 18" spot section in the middle. The driving beams seem a bit underwhelming.

I cut a template out of tin then used that to cut a section out of sheet metal. I then fitted my light with brackets onto that. See pics. I ride the bike pretty hard including grabbing air at any opportunity thereby seriously bottoming out on numerous occasions, I’ve never fouled the fender. The section bolts onto the existing ‘lugs’ directly under the headlight. Let me know if you’d like me to post you the template.

Travel from full extension is 7.5". I don't remember by how much but mine clears by a good margin.
