Hey! just joined this wicked group today, but i've been learning from you guys for most of this past winter..... 2014 ES, i rebuilt the front end from A to Z after the previous owner lost a fight (and his life) to a Albertain (Canada) deer. I swear every time i ride, a thought or two go out to that guy... I've often wondered if he was part of this crew? Cheers, and great job on this site, you're a smart bunch!

There was a fellow from Calgary who posted under the handle RED CAT whose real first name was Dick. He was killed last year by a deer strike. Maybe him?

Welcome aboard from another deer killer. A number of us have hit them and all I can say is BRACE and keep riding even after you hit the damn thing. It'll feel like you run into the biggest friggin pothole of your life but with the wheels acting as gyroscopes and 700+ lbs of inertia, you've got a good chance of staying up.

The bambi that ran into my shoulder, hair and deer blood everywhere, took out my braking system, but we remained on board, Now deer whistles fitted on every new machine, Especially the Suppa10

2 stroke BLUE SMOKE! Hi, my name is Matt.... And im a power band junky. lol.
Ive been reading Sir Red Cats posts through the archives.... Im almost sure I rebuilt his old bike. She flawlessly just took me from Calgary Alberta, up through the Caribou region of central BC, back down to Vanvouver, across the border in to Washington, to where i am now in Portand Oregon. By far, the best machine i have ever riden!
