I placed an order for Madstad bracket and there was no shipping option for USPS to Canada only Fedex. I was told Madstad was not shipping international postal due to COVID. I know I would get hit hard with taxes and brokerage that the bracket would end up costing double.
Madstad will begin shipping postal again soon but until then....
Looking for a Madstad bracket for 2018 S10 shipped to Canada. Or if anyone in Canada has one even better.
Lemme know.
Cheers!

are you still looking for one? I ordered one from them. As it turns out, it's not compatible with the stock windshield (their web site is not clear) so I want to return it. They want to charge me a 15% restock fee. Id rather sell here than return it.

Interesting as I have the stock screen.
Thanks!

I'm a little surprised to hear that it doesn't fit the stock screen. I bought one a few years ago and it fits the stock screen fine. Maybe that changed the design, but having the holes not line up is problematic for any other windscreen, too. Mine now has a Parabellum screen and that fits fine. Might worth a communication with Madstadt to see what's going on.

I emailed them and was told that it's not compatible with the stock screen. Before I bought the bracket, I called and was told that it would fit the stock screen. I guess ot depends on who you speak with. I gave up fighting. Hopefully I'll get a refund. It's pretty deceptive IMO. At that price point, I'd expect more.

My wife recently got a complete Madstadt kit for her Tiger 800 and it won't fit the stock screen either, by a lot. I chalked that up to buying the whole kit and that the Madstadt windscreen is substantially wider than the stock screen. But maybe they've made a more global change to lock people into their windscreen.

This is a pain. Sorry you are having to deal with it.

I have a Madstad bracket on my 2016, and it fits the stock screen great. There are two versions- one for a gen 1 and a different one for a gen 2. Gen 1 screens don’t fit Gen 2 and vice versa.
I swap madstad screen/stock back and forth depending on temperature and ride, takes no more than 5 minutes.

My guess is gen 1 and gen 2 brackets. Makes no sense the correct gen brackets wouldnt fit the stock screen. All other screens use oem mount points and can be used with madstad brackets. The madstad screen is the same pattern as oem and it isnt separate for only their brackets....
