Advice needed.

https://goo.gl/maps/I1JJp

Planning a route between Boggan's Oasis and OR-82 near Wallowa. How difficult is the switch back section of Wallupa Road? My GoogleMaps suck and can't get a good look at the road. I am guessing this section is dirt.

Any informatio appreciated.

Yes, it's dirt/gravel. Hard to tell if there are any issues with it. I have not ridden it, but have ridden that area on pavement many times. Try www.mapquest.com for a different view.

That looks like an amazing ride! I'll try to get out there with the PNWSTOG next spring. I'll stay tuned ::017:: fpr a ride report.

https://goo.gl/maps/BQ6Xq This includes another ridge route.

While you are in the area there is NF-39 out of Joseph OR.

Was through there last summer, is chip seal pavement from boggans oasis to just before the switchbacks then becomes easy gravel. Back to chipseal before wallowa

129 from Asotin to Boggans oasis is a great twisty road as well

My computer / internet connection was working better today and the road is definitely dirt but looks to be well maintained (at least in this picture).

This route is part of a trip along the borders of Oregon. Trying to make travel more interesting and with a purpose.

https://goo.gl/maps/WnYNd I stumbled across the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center. Like these kind of stops.

https://goo.gl/maps/fAKza These are all routes I have never ridden but have had some of them on my list for many years.
