My Goldwing currently has vibration coming from front tire but it’s nowhere near as severe as what you describe, I have a new set of Dunlop Elite 4 tires mounted on spare rims but plan on putting a few thousand more miles on these before removing them. The pretty much worn out front tire is a Metzler 888 and I never liked the tire even when it was new and will most likely never buy another Metzler tire for my Goldwing, the rear was even worse so I took that tire off a long time ago.
However these type of issues can be caused by a lot of different things. Have you tried riding a different Tenere just for comparison ?
I do believe it is the tires. Everything was going fine until then. It is hard to believe that I put a new tire on the bike and all this stuff starts happening. Thanks everyone for your help.

Is it an engine vibration or driveline vibration? As in do you get the vibration at a stop just revving the motor?

My bike had an annoying excessive vibration issue this year, ended up being the MAP sensor. You could try unplugging it and seeing if the vibration gets worse/better
So I have gotten to the bottom of this. I had Continental Trail Attack 3’s on the bike. The front tire had about 15K miles and still was looking good. Turns out the front tire had a slight lump about every 1 1/2 inches around the circumference of the tire. It virtually impossible to see. The dealership head mechanic found it by running his hand around the tire and felt the bumps. I replaced both the tires and made sure to have the balance spot on. Problem solved. Thanks for all the inputs trying to help.
