Ventura pack rack system

Hi all , has anyone fitted up the Ventura rack system ? Thinking of the Kiwis and Aussies on this.

i,ve used that kit on a few sports bikes loved it, but gone now as i,ve got panniers on my xt1200

I ran Ventura on many bikes back in the day. On sporting bikes it didn't quite look as clunky as Givi or similar top cases back in the day. Biggest drawback was it was not secure nor was it waterproof. It was a hassle trying to fit the rain cover and I even lost a few over the years. Riding bikes like the S10 now, a hard top case is so much better, I'd never go back.

Hey Rob,

Yeah pretty much a go to down this way as well , ive used them on most of my bikes and can only recall seeing 1 S10 with it , going by the links pics pretty much do away with
factory rear mounts.

Yep i hear ya, ill still use the side boxes as well , i just still have bag options which im ok with.
My last bike i had was a 18 V1K and i fitted full Givi to it.

It keeps the weight on the passenger seat, which is a plus if you really care about handling. For example on dirt. I'd run one if I got a good deal on it.

Small update , I've fitted up the brackets and have 2 rack options, I prefer a small tail bag to a tank type it holds a puncture repair kit and 12vpump, that sunnies and a drink bottle, could fit a little more.
Then the bigger rack for the Rjays pack or Ventura(s).
