“Workforce, where I am Chairman, has been contacted by several NHS Trusts across the country requiring people to act as care assistants in hospitals.
We have offered to help to find people willing to work in roles in hospitals which they simply cannot fill on their own – it’s the right thing to do.
This is a chance to play our part in helping in the Corona Virus crisis.
If you or anybody you know has been made redundant (Carphone Warehouse for example) or your income is at risk (Cinema, Restaurant, Bar or Theatre staff), we urgently need people to work as healthcare assistants, cleaners, catering, laundry and hygiene staff.
The arrangements will be entirely flexible and can be flexed up or down if your situation changes. Each worker will be employed through Workforce and we will pay you each week for the hours you have worked. You won’t have to wait for your wages until the end of the month.
To expedite matters, we will video interview you which means you can be deployed to a hospital very quickly. We simply ask that you have a caring nature, a can do attitude and are prepared to work wherever required in the hospital to which you are assigned locally – it’s a dynamic situation and could change daily once you are there and helping.
We are available to discuss your assistance urgently and you can call our team on 01204 393 000 or 07494 129014 – the mobile will be on 24 hours and 7 days a week.
This is an opportunity to play your part and keep your own family’s income flowing in this difficult time.
Thank you and please share.”
