“Workforce, where I am Chairman, has been contacted by several NHS Trusts across the country requiring people to act as care assistants in hospitals.
We have offered to help to find people willing to work in roles in hospitals which they simply cannot fill on their own – it’s the right thing to do.

We simply ask that you have a caring nature, a can do attitude and are prepared to work wherever required in the hospital to which you are assigned locally – it’s a dynamic situation and could change daily once you are there and helping.
