Hi all! We just added Avon Tyres to our line up and I wanted to let you know what we are currently stocking in S10 sizes. We understand every one of you guys are going to have fresh skins when the bikes show up but we thought you would want to know about tire options. Naturally, we have a wide range of sizes for your other bikes too.

Distanzia For the rider that spends most of his time on the street [br]but wants to make the occasional jaunt in the dirt we suggest the Distanzia.

.
Azaro ST / Storm 2 Ultra Combination Plan on some long distance touring with some sporty canyon dancing? [br]Try the Azaro ST / Storm 2 Ultra. You won't be upset. You will get distance, grip and excellent rain handling.[br]Added bonus - Avon Road Hazard Warranty included with all Avon touring and sport tires!(including the Azaro ST and Storm 2 Ultra)

If you have any questions let us know! Besides the Distanzia, Azaro ST and the Storm 2 Ultra we also carry the Avon VP2 Sport which also qualifies for the road hazard warranty too. I don't know what experiences you guys have had but I lost a brand new Metzler a few years ago to a nail with 300 miles on the odometer. Sucked. The Avon road hazard warranty would have covered this.

The Tenere has made my beloved KLR obsolete. (It hurt real bad to say that). Are you gonna be at the Greenville SC IMS? I'll be ordering Trax or Pelican luggage from you, would love to see both before I decide.
I personally won't be there but my bud Dereck will. I wish I got out on the road to meet you guys. That said... we are at ALL IMS events every year in "The Marketplace" which is usually in the center of the hall. The bike in our display this year is a V-Strom. Here is part of the display as it travels from show to show shot by a guy on PNWriders.com:
.

So there will be TraX boxes there and you can see how the sidecarriers are constructed and how the the adapter hardware mounts to the carriers. The Pelican case is just a case what is important is the everything else that will be there. I will let Dereck know you will be stopping by to see him. In fact, before you do that harras him a little for me first. When he is ready to break tell him I put you up to it.

Looks like your Strom has some changes this year. I took this at the Strom Gathering in 2009.

I'm not 100% but I think that is one of our Brian who is one of our saleman. Not sure if it was the 'Strom but I had heard that we painted one of our bikes a while back with a satin finish that didn't adhere very well. I also know that Brian has a satin finished Strom which he keeps out in Washington state. Either way.... nice to see the shot. I will pass this along to Brian. He will know for sure the details of this photo.

Yes that was Brian. I had the pleasure of riding with him while at the rally. I loved those Trax boxes which led me to be putting them on my Super Ten, hopefully.

Thanks!!! You may want to check your bike brand/model chart under Yamaha. Last I checked, the DL650 is a Suzuki. :D
