Yep. Heading to HF today..... Taking the 500 with me for work next two weeks. First trip with the TH this spring to Fairfax. Looks like some of the Youtube reviews recommend getting washers for the chock pins to stop the chocks from moving side to side. If this one works well I'll head back and buy a second one so I can haul both the S10 and 500 without worrying about them falling over.

The S10 fell over three times on the trip out west just using straps in the TH.

Lots (stacked) of washers on the chock pins.
You've done good research.

OH, and S10's are destined to fall down. I think they truly have dirt in their DNA

There are 6 washers from the chock rail to the head of the bolt. Three under the D-ring to fill the space, then the big one, a medium and another small one.

Thanks. Just picked up the chock and I'm going to mount it tomorrow. Hopefully this 3-6 inches of snow is a bust and I can actually get on the road sunday.

So this might not work quite as well for me without a 75 inch piece of angle iron. But I have some ideas on how to work it. Bottom line my tie downs are spaced out far enough that I can only get one bolt in the center of the chock.

I think I can probably take two chocks and bolt them together with angle iron then bolt them to the tie down using a wing nut for quick removal. I drilled out the center hole and will just use a single tie-down for this weekend with the KTM 500. Bike is half the weight of the S10. Either way, I like it. Thank you!

Added a second propane tank and auto switch regulator. One of these days I need to stop playing with the hauler and play with the toys!

You can have my propane tank. I've never even cracked the valve open.

The one I LIVE in has 2 30-gallon tanks. They still have the propane they came with in them. (I do use one of them for my porch stove though)

I guess I'm an all-electric cowboy.

You must not boondock as much as I used to. My motorhome had a 20lb tank that I filled a few times a season, and I've always had dual tanks on all my RVs (even the truck camper!)

Boon docking is just another way of saying Yamaha 2000i. :)
(gotta charge that 12V battery)

Yeti for ice
Toilet flushes with 12V water pressure
Campfire for hamburgers

Yamaha for coffee pot and charging

What's that propane for? ;)

Snake I really want to see your setup. When do you plan to hit Romney? I am leaving on Tuesday but have a stop in Ohio to deliver something. So I will arrive late Tuesday or midday Wednesday.

Nice to be able to say I am tired, Park and go to bed!

You already know what day?
Do I know which month?
It must be getting close.

I'm guessing our setups are pretty much identical.
Except I put that Walmart 4" memory foam on that excuse for a mattress on day one.

And threw the stove top away. (gave it to a neighbor at the Koa in Branson)

Good thing my daughter took care of business last night. Cuz I'd have been on lock down otherwise.
She walked over to have Spaghetti for supper. My son made her a plate. She looked at it and said "nevermind, I think I better go back to the house"

Less than one hour later, right there in the house.....

Berkeley Marie (hours old)

You don't miss anything. :)

Yeah, when we were building the house to raise the kids in, it was 90% whatever Brenda said she wanted. I only requested the master bath to be MY ideas. I'd never had a really big bathroom in my life, so I described it to her as "The shower will be big enough that water can't splash beyond any barrier. No wall, no door, no curtain. Just a big drain in the floor"

Of course she let me have my way. The result was just one big tiled room.

Last night I poked my head in just seconds after the CROWD in there yelled "it's a girl"

That bathroom I built was destined to be the maternity room for at least one of our grandchildren. Literally they will be able to point at a spot where the birthing tub sat on the floor.

OH, it's true. We did not know boy or girl. I begged my kids for just one of them to give me an old fashioned surprise. Brittany said this was to be the one. And the only way she could guarantee it was to not know herself. Can't believe she gave me that.

Life. One big adventure around here.

She's a beauty Snake. Congratulations
Seems like all I want to do anymore is play with my granddaughters . They really cut into my riding time.
