The Touratech stuff is nice and its rugged as hell but for panniers, I like a side loading bag do I can open them without having to undo the rest of my gear. I pack everything in cubes so its no big deal. I hated the top opening on my Jesse bags (along with the leaks). I'm putting some of the touratech gear on my list as well. Everything I ever got from them for my BMW's was a top notch product.
