Looks like you're ready for a RTW trip. I see you have all the Eastbound tools. How does the bead breaker work? Also, how do like the lift/winch tool? I have been considering buying the whole set up and would value your opinion. Thanks.

I don't carry much close to home, because if I have to, rescuing the bike with trailer is easy.

If I'm traveling, I concentrate on not letting a stupid minor thing strand me a long way form home. The bike has to be rideable after a minor drop or failure. You don't need to straighten frames, do valve jobs, or change tires when you're on the road. You just have to get home, or to the nearest town with a hotel. If your bike needs major mechanical repair, it probably makes more sense to tow it out than repair it where it sits.

Spare parts:
The knurled linkage rod that connects the shifter to the crank; clutch and brake levers
JB weld - fix holes in case and covers.
Duct tape, zip ties - keep broken parts attached to bike.
Hose tape - stop up a leaky rad hose.

Tools of note:
Multimeter for electrical troubleshooting.
Jumper cables.
Klamptite.
Ratchet strap
Multi-tool with needle nose pliers, screwdrivers, knife, etc.

I don't leave home without a tire patch kit and pump.

Everything actually fits nicely into my Kriega bag and it weighs 17lbs with all that fits in the rear pannier pockets.

I have not yet used the bead breaker or spoons but will be using them next tire change. I'm 100% confident they will be more than sufficient for the job. The bead breaker works by putting it between 2 spoons. Eastbound has updated their website and the tools are discounted slighty for less than what I paid.

They also have shorter better videos. I have to say mine is kind of funny though. It's my first review video I have ever made.....

Here are my tools.
First is my compact modular lifting winch
Modular tire tools, spoons, bead breaker, Motion Pro axle tool, wedge tool (also acts as a tool to keep bead in drop center of rim for tire removal/mounting)
Wedge tool attaches to assembled tire irons to make wheel installation a breeze
First aid kit/emergency survival kit
C02's/bike pump/tire plugs/quicksteel
Single recovery pully/carabiner/small rope/knot book
Also have HD climbing rope/2 carabiners draped over my pannier racks

This all fits in my my small rear pannier bags or 20 liter Kriega bags main compartment when panniers are removed:

In my 1150 Pelican box here is my tool kit.

Wera Tool-Check Plus
Tool wrap:
Knipex 5" adjustable wrench
Small needle nose/standard Vice Grips
Breaker bars 3/8/ and 1/4
Zip tie/wire cutter tool
Small multi tool
Tire gauge
Various short end wrenches
In the small zip bag attached to wrap:
Duct tape
Safety wire
Spare footpeg pins
Small hardware

In my 20 liter top Kriega bag zip up net:
Super huge and small zip ties. Big ones will work in a pinch to zip tie tire to wheel and get out of a tough spot
6 Liter MSR dromedary bag and disposable funnels for spare fuel (I only will bring this on a long trip)
Lots of various spare straps for mounting/towing/recovery
Zip up waterproof pocket:
Electronics battery packs and charging/power cords
Big Leatherman multi tool

If I go on a long trip I will end up taking a spare 19" tube. Tubeless tires suck big time when sidewalls are damaged.
The amount of tools, depends on each one and how safe it is to carry them, but this? ... is an abuse:):)
