Yup. He is getting around on that thing full time. Yes duck tape. he also painted the radiator. He could write a book on things you should not do to your motorcycle.

The twine throttle is an...interesting design choice.
He strikes me as the kind of stalwart do it yourselfer who makes his own brake pads.

Yeah, me too. And I hope he's only riding in the daytime since that light is useless. But I imagine he does not have insurance, and I can't support that.

With this guy the more you look the more you see. I get the feeling he has not spent 25 cents on his bike. All trash Repurposed, made to work surprisingly well. There is a design to it. It blends, it’s non threating, not loud. Been at for a year or more.

From what I could see he is not hurting anyone. He is not asking for anything. Any risk to the public is minimal he is on a bike. We just had a licensed insured female driver get drunk and kill a bride on her wedding day and really mess up the husband and his best man. Sometimes you have to see things for what they are. He is unconventional but he rides better than me. Would love to see what he could do with a real bike. You just had to be there it defies explanation.

Till his bike falls apart on the highway and he's killed, then you end up with mandatory state inspections.
