The Goretex Guarantee....it works

On my last trip the left Sidi Adventure Goretex boot leaked on two separate occasions in heavy rain, they were 3yrs and 10 mths old, undamaged and should not have leaked imho.
Goretex claim a "lifetime guarantee" to keep you dry so I shot a email off to Goretex, they requested photo's, then arranged for the boots to be sent to Germany for evaluation. They found the boots to be faulty and have replaced them with the current model and these arrive today...I'm very impressed with Goretex's service and wanted to share my experience.

Did the same with my A* Toucans some years back. I always pay the premium for Gore. Buy quality & cry once.

bloody hell, thats great i have had sane pair for about the same time but still ok,

wish they would leak now tho there getting tired lol
