I just looked up poutine. Cheesy chips...with gravy? Cheesy chips are a win and so is chips and gravy, but gravy and cheese? I'm just not feeling it. What's the verdict? Is it really that good?

It can be disgusting! BUT! If each of the (only) three ingredients are good , its really good! NATIONAL summer cantine meal!

I watched a Candian comedy festival last week and they kept talking about eating poutine and laughing. I thought they meant eating puntang. Haha. So poutine is a real thing.

And what a beautiful paint job !
I’ve been saying ever since the 1200 Tenere first became available with a decent paint job they would have sold waaaay better.

New AT belonging to a friend. This is the Adventure Sport model for 2019. 1000cc and tube tyre. 2020 has 1100cc and tubeless. What a nice bike.

Its hard to beat some pieces of Black and Brown pudding .
Tenman , Don't knock it till you try it. ;)

Black pudding is a distinct regional type of blood sausage originating in Ireland. It is made from pork blood, with pork fat or beef suet, and a cereal, usually oatmeal, oat groats or barley groats

Brown Pudding
The pudding is brown in colour, is a long cylindrical sausage shape which forms naturally into rings and is made from fresh pigs' blood, pork trimming, cereal, fresh onions, seasonings, spices and natural casings. It comes in weights of between 750 and 1000 grams (1.7–2.2 lb). Due to the inclusion of fresh blood, the taste of the pudding can be described as very clean and rustic. The process of pre-soaking pig's blood in oatmeal is a continuation of the traditional Cork method of combining blood and cereal in a pudding to give it its distinctive regional texture and taste.
