Hi All, I have been searching the forums for a few hours now, but have been unsuccessful. I am trying to install a Denali Dial Dim, and one of the wires I need to tap is the horn. Obviously I can find where it ends at the horn, but I can't seem to trace it to where it connects inside the electrical panel. Does anyone have a link to a thread, or a good photo? I have the service manual but don't understand how the electrical diagram translate to what is in the electrical panel. Thanks for any help you can provide.

You’re probably, or you should install a relay for the horn to avoid damage to the OEM wiring or switch. Can you just tap off of the relay? I just mounted my relay where the OEM horn used to be. The original horn connectors will plug directly onto the relay.

There aren't that many wires going through that side panel hole, a good sharp test light to poke the wires and somebody to toot the horn, you should be able to track it down.

Denali Dial Dim Connection
Hi, I have just connected Denali S4 Dial Dim to my bike. I have connected all the trigger wires for its full functionality, aiming for a neat and simple setup. In the end I was able to use the top harness wires beneath the right side panel to tap into, with the horn being the only one I needed to bring there separately from the horn as finding it in the main wires loom proved to be difficult (see the light brown wire on photo 3&4). The high beam tapping required enlargement of the groove in the connector (photo 5). All works as it should do, good luck with your project!

Hi, can you share what color wire you tapped for Left Turn? I can get the right turn to work, but the left is not, What color wire and is it part of a different connector harness?
Thanks
