When I bought my Skid-Plate, it was during a Thanksgiving "Black Friday" sale that they had going on.
That is the only sale that I have seen them have, but they may just have them now and then and don't advertise them?

Also, are side panels able to be removed without removing crash bars
Yes the side covers will come off but it’s a tight squeeze, I remove mine all the time with no problems without loosening the crash bars. I bought all their products , they’re great and less expensive than others.

Very tight. The first time I took the cover off I kept saying "I know this thing comes off without having to remove the crash bar."

does anyone know what material T-Rex crashbars are made of ? the website says steel but one of the reviews say stainless steel ?
As far as clearance for removing side covers I’m always wondering why the manufacturers choose to build crashbars with so little clearance ?

Their website says powder coated steel. I did go check mine with a magnet and it is very magnetic. Some stainless steels are slightly magnetic, but this feels more than slightly

I might be ordering a set as well, Where did you get the coupon code ?

Just ordered the t-rex combo setup, crash bars and skid plate. Got a coupon code that saved another $50. Total for the set was $450 shipped. I'm super stoked and will post an update after install.
