Will the SW Quik release racks fit any model (ES /non ES). Can they be made to fit with a little modding?

SW Motech racks are made for specific bike models, hence you need the one for the ST (same model for ES or non ES in my knowledge). Used the quick release rack with ADVTrax panniers over 28,000km on bad/dirt roads. The cross bar of the rack broke off on the weld after some really hard pounding on Laos' dirt tracks but was easy to weld. Locks of panniers are a bit low end but with a little grease (or soap as in my case) they work fine. Would buy the rack and panniers anytime again

Thanks. My initial question was were the racks the same for ES-Non ES models and I found out that , yes they were the same. I have a set but haven't fitted them yet. They were set up for Trax panniers already. I can use my soft bags with them and haven't decided which hard cases I'll go with yet.
