OK Campers, I'm booked. This should be fun indeed!
My plan is to wander my way down the week before, starting in the NoVA area, then hustle back on Sunday & Monday.
And I must admit the Buffalo sounds like a great side trip...
See Ya there.

have an idea for a group type photo , everyone bring their state flag to display , the size you would display from your front porch ... would be colorful and interesting .
You got me. Since I've never had a front porch or a state flag to display, what is a common size flag for a front porch? 2' X 3', 3' X 5' or 4' X 6'?

cw ,you don't like flags ? I'm thinking 2x3 is probably about porch size , heading to Walmart some time soon and I will check. just thought it would an interesting and fun thing since riders are coming from all over.

IL, the land of straight, flat, boring roads
I had a couple of smallish S10 events in MO a few years ago. We had one rider from Texas and the one thing he was surprised at was that once he left TX, he didn't see state flags displayed anywhere else. I know our Wal Mart doesn't have IL flags.

Having lived in Houston for 26 years, I can say people in Texas are very proud of their heritage and their flag.

not being proud of your state , sad, maybe taking pride in your state might change a few things ...... didn't know this would be a hot potato . your license plate will have to do . I guess.

Thanks to a corporate life I've lived in several states and found great things about each. The pride it Texas thing has always intertained me. I like the hill country and Texas is fine but no better no worse than most places. BIG eat out people....I swear 50% of all national chain restaurants are Teas startups.

Well North Dakota is no Texas and you don't see a lot of ND flags hanging on porches around here but an inexpensive flag has been procured from Carrot Top Industries. Well now I have a flag on the way and I don't start motorcycle school classes until May 1st so I'm sort of out of excuses for not attending this Tenere event.
