Super Ten Meet Wales October 2018

Looking at putting a weekend meet together for October 2018.

I have a great quirky hotel in mid Wales in mind, we've used before with the Tiger 800 Club, and some great twisty routes around the reservoirs of Snowdon..

Need to book out of season as the roads and hotels get pretty busy during the Summer holidays.. I can't organise anything any earlier as I'm pretty much booked up with local bike meets and a couple of European tours..

If interested put you name down.. Lets get the ball rolling.

Possibly/Probably the second weekend in October 12th 13th 14th... (Fac191 will probably suss out why... ..)

Arrive Friday evening... Drinks, dinner, drinks...
Saturday morning, breakfast, ride all day Saturday, Saturday evening, drinks, dinner drinks...
Sunday, breakfast and depart... :'(

The hotel is very well located... Very good food with Welsh ales and it has a micro brewery in the cellar... Landlord gives tours and tasters...

However ... Its a bit quirky ... It's old so no floor slopes in the same direction.. : And frequented by the locals in the evening... ???.. But good value for dinner bed and breakfast with excellent ales.

KTM Andy, PloughJockey, Russ and myself used it for the Tiger800 Mini Meet last year.. I think we had around 20 odd bikes on that one...

Yep count me in too and I assume Zed is looking at this ?? I can certainly vouch for it being quirkie , but the grub is good and a well stocked bar.

Not been on here for a while just picked up on this thread. checked our calendar at home and for a change we are not on holiday that weekend (having missed the last 2 tiger 800 meets in Diss because they clashed with holidays abroad), I am supposed to work that Saturday but should not have a problem to swap.

So that would be October 5th 6th 7th... Wife has a big weekend away on the original dates... Apologies for being a pain...
