Some moto boots that are really just work boots. The pegs have destroyed the bottom of boots.
Aftermarket pegs? Or do you have the rubber centers removed from the OEM pegs. I know some people prefer the oem pegs w/o the rubber isolators for mud and such, but for street riding I've always preferred the oem pegs with the rubber isolators intact.

I would try locking out the damper movement in the top triple (I did it with big washers) I had a hard time with the extra movement from my risers until I did that.
