Hi all, I cut this template out of tin last year to test and then cut the final plate out of allu (I used an old bash plate from my previous, written off Ten). It fits under the headlight assembly and gets bolted to the four 'lugs' already there (part of the headlight frame sub). See photo's. The spotlight set up I have weights about 1.75kg's and it's as sturdy as ever. I do a lot of very rough off road riding and I've not had any issues.
Instead of throwing it in the trash I'd like to offer to anyone that would like to use it as a template, but on one condition, that it gets passed onto the next person
