Sporadic Throttle at Low RPM

Some say it's nothing, some say it's annoying. I'm with the second group.
My 2013 was getting progressively worse until I had ridden 20 miles or so, then would run a little smoother. I decided it was time to dig down and change those spark plugs (at 63K) and while I'm at it, install a Graves CCT. Initially this made a big difference. Then after 2-3 weeks, moto started, what seemed like, misfiring or something at low RPM and just didn't seem to have the response and HP that it had before the spark plug change. I continued to ride and trying to figure out what might be the problem. First I thought, 1 on the new spark plugs failed/fouled or something. I even thought maybe it had jumped timing after CCT install, but kept thinking, if jumped timing it would run horrible. Kept riding and analyzing performance, then remembered, I purchased gas at a Mom&Pop station a 100 or so miles from home that I don't use much...could it be bad fuel? Maybe,, it did start running bad when I got below 1/4 tank on that gas. I added Lucas fuel treatment to gas and continued to ride (almost everyday to work 10 miles and sometimes long way home). First tank of riding w/Lucas made little or no difference and continued trying to figure what is going on. Second tank, I added an Octane booster and the Lucas treatment. At the end of the second tank and second week, moto seemed to be less eradtic at low RPM and had better full RPM range power. About 1/2 way thru 3rd tank (with both additives) now and moto is running again like when I first changed the spark plugs. I had already purchased a new set of plugs and had researched here on "coil stick" checks etc. So happy my Super T is back like it should be, running smooth w/ that torque I love
Surprised that it took 2-1/2 tanks of 91 octane fuel w/additives to clear the system, be it spark plugs, injectors or wherever that bad gas lived.
Hope maybe this will help some other riders, might be same as your problem or not...
