No More Spokes For Sale...............


Here's the deal on the rear spokes. There are a total of 32 spokes. The 16 that come from the INSIDE of the hub to the rim are all the same There are 8 outer spokes on each side. The 8 spokes that come from the LEFT side of the hub are just a little longer than the 8 that come from the RIGHT side of the hub. This means that there are (3) different length spokes in the rear wheel. 8=165mm, 8=168mm and 16=163mm. The only way to break up a set and not end up with a sack full of oddball spokes left over is to sell them in sets of four, (2-inner) and (1-left) & (1-right).

In a pinch you could use any spoke in any position because 2-3 threads isn't going to make very much of a difference, but they are 3 different lengths.

There are two different spokes in the front, inner & outer. Sold in a set of 2 one ea. inner & outer.

I will break some sets up and mail them for the following prices:

Rear- set of 4 spokes ($3.50ea.) $14.00

Front- set of two spokes ($3.00ea) $6.00

Spokes come with the nipples

The spoke nipples aren't sold separately, they come with the spokes.

Got my spokes the other day. Nice job with the color coding. I sprayed them with ACF-50, wrapped them in the code key you sent and stuffed them into my Raid toolbox for future insurance.

Make sure and zip tie the spokes so if one breaks it doesn't fly around and beat the crap out of the swingarm.

Yup did that awhile back. I can remember the old days when we used safety wire to do this. No handy little tie wraps like we have today.

I probably could, but with the cost of shipping across the pond, you would be better off if you got 3-4 mates to throw in together and buy a set over there and split it up.
