Hi guys,

I’m getting out of my brief run in the adv touring world. It was fun, by my girlfriend and I both agree we’d like to move to a different ride. For sale is my 2018 Super Tenere ES. It has ~3700mi and has been very well cared for, stored inside, never off-road, never tipped over, and the condition is consistent with what I’d expect a sub-4k mile bike to look like.

I’d like to sell offering three options:

1) Without any accessories shown (aka returned to stock): $12,500 $12,000

2) With accessories (EXCEPT phone mount and heated gear controllers shown): $14,300 $13,800

3) Somewhere between 1 & 2 at buyer’s request

I will also sell the luggage separately for $1500…. Adv Motorrad shows this setup would be $2096 before tax if bought today.

Accessories:
Bumot luggage
Altrider crash bars
Yamaha air deflectors/winglets
Madstadt windshield bracket
Vstream windshield

Bike is located near Buffalo, NY.

If prices are out of line they will be bumped as spring progresses. Feel free to ask any questions or request more pics.

What's the new direction y'all are lookin' at? (glws)
Thanks. We decided on a whole new approach; want to replace the “do it all” S10 with a roadster for longer road trips, and a pair of new Monkeys (125cc) for bopping around to restaurants, parks, and just cruising nearby backroads. Thought about CT70s for a while, but they’re commanding a huge nostalgia premium, and the monkeys will do 55 if needed.

Roadster, like in car? 'Cuz roadster bikes are nekid. And I would assume not the best made for long distance.

Yeah, roadster like a Miata. Open top is a must.
Don’t flame me, but I find the experience similar, plus the convenience of a top, and lack of gear on and off at stops, which to me are big deals when doing 4-8hrs a day for multiple days.
…… plus it’s way easier to eat that rest stop Big Mac while driving lol

My wife just got a Miata. Still has the temp-tags on it. It's as close to two wheels as four wheels can get. The handling is amazing; almost as much fun as a bike in the curves. Only 180HP, but only weighs 2200lbs. Manual top can be open/closed from the drivers seat. Manual 6-spd is fantastic. I read somewhere that Mazda borrowed it from BMW; kinda scary. Holds more than a bike, but not a lot more. Normal sized humans fit inside quite well. Even my fat ass has room . . . . once I get in. Youngsters like yourself won't even notice getting in/out. I remember my Rx-7 made me think how difficult it would be to get in/out as an old person.

Yay for Miatas! Mine is almost as fun as 2 wheels but I've never toured with it. GLWS! Looks like a nice bike, just too far and pricey for me.

Back in the late 90s I took my Miata on a nice lil trip from central TX to NV. Fun ...if a bit snug. My previous car..an 85 Mr2 on the other hand was surprisingly roomy on several long trips from 1985 thru about 97

My 3 Supa Tens have also been wonderfully comfy travel conveyances.....no wait...travel conveyance isnt the right term for such a capable bike. Wizard......thats it.

Now back to this Tenere for sale...Nice bike
I bet you'll miss it after selling but GLWS

Cbj324u I am interested in your bike. Maybe we can communicate directly as I am not of the younger generation and not so techie. I am probably 4 hours away from Buffalo to your east. Let me know how we can proceed with talking about a deal

I'm pretty much a ludite myself. But the easiest way to talk shop with him is to place your cursor over his "C", and then click on "start conversation". This will directly link you to him via email.
