After riding the Tenere, the M109 feels like sitting on a steel I-beam with wheels bolted to it, but... it's nice to have options.

Gorgeous!!! But, I can't help but see dollar signs. And speeding tickets.
Yes and no for $$. Triumph way paid off, its a 2002, Aprilia paid off, bought late 2016.....so I bought the MT10, owe about 5 grand yet.....and the S10 is an 18es, I got for a steal at the end of last year and that I still owe about 10 grand.....
Being 54 i've been lucky with speeding tickets.......so far none to date. Triumph and Aprilia I run on the track so they don't see a lot of road time, MT10 is a whole different story.....hooligan and love it!

wow you have a tenere as well
I just took delivery of the KTM last week. Waiting for the snow to melt and the roads to dry up so I can perform the maiden voyage.

Currently performing some maintenance on the Tenere. I’m not about to give her up just yet.

Got a bit of everything... I love two-strokes tbh....
I've had the H1 & KH400 since the late 80's; RD370LC I restored a couple of years ago; 96' Erion Blade I bought new in Saudi & imported back to the UK; XT600 is my daily runner. :):):)

I thought about buying a BSA 441 Victor when I was a teen. My dad told me if someone gave you that bike for free you would be getting a bad deal. Who would've known. The biggest pile of junk ever produced is worth almost 10,000.00 today!!

Back in the day. . . .was taking a serious look at the K1 version. Went with the less expensive FJ1200.
