Any reason not to order them from your Yamaha shop?

I'm anal about having original and matching fasteners. Whenever I need a bolt or clip, lookup the part number online, and order from my local shop. Generally costs $1-2 each.

M6 part number 020-00120 at Performance Cycle of Colorado.

6.95 for a pack of 10 .....that is the most expensive bit of plastic I have ever purchased.

They are called push rivets and they are common in the auto world so Checkswrecks is probably right they are at auto parts store.

Which ones are you looking for? There are two styles for the side covers.
The two that are inside the right side cover. Saying that, since there are two different sizes, I might as well get some of both of them. I am sure I will loose or screw up some more in the future.

Thanks for all the responses.. I figured I could get them locally, but was just wanting to get the sizes so it won't turn into a trial by error exercise. :)
