Hi, I'm trying to understand the service schedule. So if i did the 600 m initial service and then 6 month service( on April) and now is Aug my bike is reaching 39xx miles do i need to do another 4000 miles service?

I did it at 600 and then 4000. The six months is overkill. Change your oil every 4,000 miles and you will be fine.
I now have 46,000 miles on my Tenere

The US and World service schedules are different. Personally, I just change the oils every 5,000 on everything I have OTHER than the KTM, which is in hours.

The service schedule requirements are for whichever comes first wether it be in months or miles. So your next service will be either next April 2021 or 8,000 miles whichever coms first.
As far as following that schedule it's up to the owner. The theme with the Super Tenere (on internet forums anyway) is to just ride it and not worry so much on maintaining it properly. It seems to be a pretty robust bike that is reliable and can be flogged with little thought to taking care of it.

I generally don't pay attention to the "xx" month requirements, unless it is for hydraulic. If you are riding a fair amount, none of the fluids, or seals are just sitting collecting water or drying out. If you were only riding a couple of hundred miles or less every six months, then yes.
