Posted elsewhere that I have just fitted the touratech locking Sat Nav and off set bracket, not sure I like the agricultural look from the front so just added the sticker.
Ha, still not sure I'm happy with it yet :p

The problem I'm having is every time the screen is off the fixings are breaking

Anyone known the part number or a place to get replacements, apart from main stealers?

There appears to be plenty on eBay but none look like the ones already on.

Standard ones off fleabay will work, albeit slightly loose. I'm not sure what your issue is as it does not appear broken from the photos, as long as the screw grabs the nut within the rubber and you have enough rubber on the back side where the screw pulls from to form a 'bung' you should be ok, I ran mine on the old bike for years..... don't worry too much, if not just get the ones off fleabay and hold your finger behind to stop it from spinning until it grabs.

Cheers Dogdaze, both fasteners on one side have completely split making it more difficult (frustrating) to fit. Fingers crossed the screen won't be off again now for a while now but i spent ages in garage today trying to find little rubber end that fell on the floor. Only to find it was perched behind the screen support arm

I had a similar problem when I removed my screen so I went to my local dealers who sold me a VERY expensive one in a 'Genuine Yamaha Spare Part' bag.....I think it it was about £5!

Later that day I found them on eBay so I bought 10 for the headlight bracket and 10 for the headlight fixing (just incase, different sizes) for half the price of the single Yamaha one!

Worked perfectly

Mike

Just found this for screen fixings:-

I can't remember directly but if the S10 uses plastic screen screws (like the TDM does) its for a reason...the design is that should you have a front impact RTI and go over the bars, the screen screws will sheer. Metal after market options will not have this "safety" feature, and could cause additional injury from the screen...

If I understand what you're asking, those are called 'well nuts'. The rubber bit with the brass threaded insert. In the US, just about any quality hardware store will carry them. The thread size will dictate the well nut size in many cases. I've never had a stock Gen II screen on my '15, so don't have those exact parts on the bracket.
