I've always wondered who you are? I've seen you split traffic near me as we seem to share the same commute times (I'm usually in a white Prius with a radar detector in my window). You have a top box with I think "Twisted" in white letters on the back of it. No side cases.

A while ago I saw you pulled over in on the I805SB in the evening exchanging insurance information. Haven't seen you since. Hope everything is ok...

Cheers,

<D>

Seriously?? :confused:
What??!? Prius's haul ass and get better MPG's than a super tenere doing it! (It's usually the drivers that are the problem...lol)

My Prius is the best car I've ever owned. Super reliable, comfortable, easy to work on...I was at 50% brake pad wear on my fronts with 150k on the odo....nothing ever wears out except fluids, tires and windsheild wipers....lol

I guess I’ve just never seen one go fast. My commute consists of conjuring ways to get around them going 62 MPH in the fast lane!

Yeah I assure you that thats not the cars fault....that said i have had aholes ride my ass in the fast lane thinking im at fault for going slow in it....i love it when they whip around me and then ride the car about 6 car lengths up that my prius's radar has speed matched and is simply towing me along at a safe distance though....

I concur. We’ve loved ours. Will haul 4 adults plus luggage and get better mileage than the Tenere. The dash does encourage you to drive it to get better mileage. I think that is one reason it is driven differently than a normal vehicle.

I think a lot of people exaggerate about slow Prius drivers. I see just as many slow drivers in anything else, and I see many Prius drivers hauling ass. Makes for a fun joke to say they are holding up the fast lane, but not in my observation.

dmulk: Did you find your missed connection yet? :p

I don't mind Priuses, but the Smart car irritates me. More accurately, their drivers. At least around HERE, their drivers are rude, obnoxious, and feel they are entitled to violate whichever traffic laws they wish. But, we don't ride our Teneres for mileage or economy. Nowadays, there are lots of cars, even gasoline, that get near or better mileage than most/all litre bikes.

Julian for pie is usually a romantic spot for lonely souls. Lol

Jokes aside, that's a great idea. Im totally up for for a RTE or something. Usually free on most weekends unless there's a work emergency. Ill start a thread over in the appropriate section for it and see if anyone else down here is interested.

Lots of great places to go, Julian is one of them. I'm retired mostly, but still don't ride as much as I should.

You don't have to be lonely, on SuperTenereOnly.com :D
